Rental terms
1. Use of premises
The tenant shall use the rented room or space solely for the agreed lawful business activity and shall keep it in good condition for the entire rental period.
2. Payment
The total amount is payable per the agreed billing terms. The rented space is reserved exclusively for the tenant for the period stated in the rental agreement.
3. Cancellation & validity
The rental agreement is valid for 14 days from the date it is sent. Cancellations must be made in writing; bookings already confirmed for the period block the room for the tenant.
These terms apply to operating-room and space rental for practitioners. They are separate from our patient terms and conditions, and the individual rental agreement prevails in case of discrepancy.
